  • In order to meet the growing demands of our fighters, sponsors and fans we at Epic Fighting hold ourselves accountable to a level of efficiency and excellence that we expect our partners and co-workers to be committed to as well. As a prospective media partner to Epic Fighting, we do require, from you, what we constantly work towards achieving and maintaining inside our organization. The following are some of the main elements towards building a good working relationship with Epic Fighting. As a media partner, we will require, from you, that we receive copies of all finished works of media produced at our events, this includes, but is not limited to, raw file video footage captured at our events and links to all places on the internet that these finished works of media are distributed to. We also require that you conduct yourself as a professional (in your field) and adhere to all the laws of anti-sexual harassment governed by the state of California, while you work our events. By filling out and submitting this form you hereby agree that Epic Fighting, it’s affiliates, partners, officers and legal council cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may happen to you, your partners , equipment or workers during your travel to or from or during work at Epic Fighting events. If you are a photographer/reporter/writer or the like, you will be directed to the area that you will be allowed to operate in and you must follow the rules and guidelines set before you. At any time, if you do not comply with the rules, you will be escorted out side of the event and not permitted to return to any future events. You will be able to use the content we provide for you to help promote your own business or organization. For photographers, we require that you also send edited copies of the photos captured at our events to Epic Fighting within 48 hours after our events (to: media@epicfighting.com) and that they are accompanied by links to where they are posted on the internet. Failure to comply with anything written in these policies will also result in loss of privileges to our events.
